Hello everyone

Due to the tragic events on Tuesday, September 11^th, 2001, this is a special issue of the newsletter and will deal mostly with websites offering information, pictures, message boards, donations, memorials and tributes. I hope that you will find this issue helpful.

These are indeed sad days for this Nation and its people. It has taken me a few days to get a grip on myself after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC. Words can not describe the sadness, turmoil and the outrage that has us all engulfed during this time.

Though I must say that, I have also been quite disturbed by the actions that some people have taken by attacking Moslem organizations and/or foreign or foreign descendent people here in the USA. Please lets keep our wits about us and not attack each other, and/or condemn people for their religion(s). No good will come from this, and you must remember that this country was founded on freedom of religion.

My prayers and deepest sympathy are with all the victims, their surviving friends and/or families, the volunteers, firemen, police and military members. I also pray that our government and the people of our nation will not lash out against each other based on race, creed and/or descent!

Site Related News:

The newsletter will stay on a monthly schedule until further notice, and since August was a hectic month for me, I ended up skipping one issue all together. The "goodies" are now located toward the bottom of each newsletter.

The Halloween section will be re-opened with a newer look around the 10^th of October (at least that is the plan). This section will include some Macromedia Flash shorts, new links and of course some new "treats". I will keep you posted on the progress with the next newsletter.

The Screensavers section has been expanded with three new screensavers (3-D and animated). More screensavers will be added in the next couple of weeks, to include Halloween and Fall Season screensaver:

• Coca Cola Tribute includes a background graphic from the 1950's (kids at play), floating Coca Cola bottle cap and can. Also includes the song "Always Coca Cola" as background music and sounds on collision for the floating items (sounds can be disabled).

• Beauty of Space, another 3-D animated screensaver with a great picture of Space backdrop, a floating 3-D spaceship and background music (can be disabled in the settings). You can also change the music to something else of your own, and/or change the screen settings for the screensaver (default is 800x600).

• Kenja's Aquarium is also a 3-D screensaver with an ocean reef backdrop, lots of plants, shells, plenty of fish and bubbles floating between the plants, also includes sounds of bubbles (can be disabled).

Check out the Adorable Teddies in Print. All are hand signed and numbered, vary in size from 15½x11¾ inches to 17½x12 inches and come on high-quality cardboard like art print paper. Preview pictures have been adjusted in size and the Teddy House and Teddy Dollhouse allow for a larger preview of the whole picture instead of just one room.
